V2V Cruise Line Web Page
Spring 2017
Summary
The V2V Mobile app is set to connect passengers from Victoria to Vancouver, making for easy, fast, reliable, and comfortable transportation. In the beginning of July 2016, I worked with our core design team to develop a digital solution for the V2V Riverside Marine Cruise Line that would be launching in Spring 2017. This was a new cruise line that wanted to create a comfortable and elegant experience to adopt and win new travelers.
Goals

Challenge
The challenge was to design a cohesive eco-system for cruise ship passengers in a very short timeline. Users would be able to purchase products, book their seats, and find destination and packaging information.
Strategy
Research had shown us that a majority of traveller's are using mobile devices to explore their travel options. We decided to take on a mobile first approach to address this and to make the booking process easy, as part of the V2V cruise line experience.
